4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices will be as quoted in your personalised quotation.
• We typically require a 25% deposit at the time of order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion of installation.
• Payment methods accepted will be confirmed during the sales process.
• Failure to pay the balance when due may result in us withholding or suspending further services.

5. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Your order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing (including email).
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where necessary (for example, due to technical feasibility or regulatory restrictions).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of entering the contract if you are a consumer under UK consumer protection law, except where installation work has begun with your consent.
• Refunds of deposits will be processed in line with your statutory rights.
• If you cancel after installation work has started, you may be liable for costs incurred.

7. Installation

• We will agree an installation date with you. While we aim to meet agreed timelines, these may change due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, supply chain issues).
• You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have any necessary permissions (e.g. landlord consent, planning permissions).

8. Warranty and Aftercare

• We provide warranties as detailed in your contract documents.
• Please follow any care and maintenance instructions we provide to ensure your warranty remains valid.

9. Liability

• We will deliver our services with reasonable care and skill.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
